Guy Biran

Managing Director

Guy brings more than 28 years of accounting experience to the business and a passion for connecting with some of the most successful people, families and companies in Australia.​

​

Together, he proudly leads his team of 20 to provide a highly educated and experienced approach to solve a range of matters, with special expertise in complex tax matters and strategies, business development, entity structure and opportunities.

​

Across his 28 years, Guy has been involved in many high-level and high-profile deals and transactions. His clients include publicly listed ASX companies and he has been involved in above billion-dollar mergers and acquisitions along with complex international tax matters.

​

He is especially proud to work with small to medium clients, including a number of family offices and companies that entrust him to manage high level conflict resolution, due to his trust, integrity and discretion.

Professionally, Guy has spent the last 15 years on a range of business committees, including as director for one of the largest e-commerce groups in Australia. He particularly enjoys working with some of the most future-forward, dynamic and agile businesses and their ways of thinking.

Over his career, Guy is proud to have provided employment and education for more than 140 accountants. For now, work satisfaction comes in the form of looking after his current team of great people and having clients working with him for decades.
