Her role as Administrative Assistant includes:
- Opening new companies, trusts, and super funds
- Organising ABN, TFN, GST, PAYG and Work Cover registrations
- Managing our contact and client database
- Setting up new company trusts and
- Maintaining and updating ASIC registers and data
Through these tasks, along with various general admin and reception duties, Vivienne is able to utilise her excellent organisational, and team working skills to achieve the best possible results from each task at hand.
